Each property has its own restrictions depending on its zone it's in and how large the property is. A feasibility study will identify any additional site restrictions, opportunities, and additional jurisdictional requirements needed to move your project forward. It's an important first step in determining what type of project you can move forward with.
As-Built Measuring & Drafting
If you are looking to add-on or remodel your exiting home, you'll need to measure and draft it before any design work can begin. We are available to measure and provide you with digital files of your existing home regardless if you move forward with our design services.
If you are looking for a few design options, or are unsure when/if you're going to proceed with your project; this service is right for you. It will include a light feasibility study to address any major site issues, as-built measuring and drafting if needed, and 3 schematic design options that you can mull over till you're ready for a full permit set.
Full Permit Set
When you're ready to build, you'll need to get your project permitted. This service covers all phases of design, construction documents and permitting.
It's best practice to have some form of quality assurance on site; that's what construction observation provides. You're more likely to prevent construction mishaps and change orders when your designer is on site and communicating with your builder. Changes to the plans are nearly inevitable during construction; having your designer on site will help you through it.
